Step 6 - Who talks to the creditors

In restructuring proceedings, it is on the part of the restructuring adviser that the key tasks lie, such as talking to creditors, communicating the purpose of the proceedings, explaining the causes of the crisis situation, and presenting options for further action and repayment of claims entering into the arrangement. Only good communication allows the objective of restructuring to be achieved.

An effective adviser is able to negotiate favourable terms for both parties, building trust and cooperation between the company and its creditors. This makes it possible to create a realistic recovery plan that will ensure the company's financial stability and will enable further development.
